We designed Lugatis so that your business data stays with you. This page explains plainly where data lives and what reaches us.

Your business data stays with you

Your customer records, emails, chats, quotes, invoices and calls live in your company's own Odoo and on your employees' computers.
Lugatis does not send this data to our servers.
Passwords and keys are kept in the computer's secure store (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager).

Company details: name and tax number (for the subscription and invoicing).
Company admins' accounts: name, email and password for signing in to Lugatis Panel (only a secure hash of the password).
Licence check: anonymous codes the app makes for your Odoo installation and your users; the app version and device type (Mac / Windows). Your employees' names and email addresses and your Odoo address never reach us.
IP addresses are not stored on the licence server.

By default the AI model runs on your computer; no data leaves it.
If you choose a cloud AI service (for example a provider abroad), you choose that service and connect it with your own key. Which country the data goes to, and the legal basis for that transfer, are your responsibility; the app tells you this when you make the choice.

Our servers are in Türkiye; connections are encrypted (TLS).
Licence responses and app updates are digitally signed.
Two-step verification is available in the panel; actions are recorded in an audit log.
